I saw a difference after one use with this. The previous reviewer mentioned fake reviews and that it made her hair too oily after applying to be able to leave the house.. but the directions state that this is a pre- shampoo treatment… you apply it a minimum of 5 min before washing but up to over night for best results….

Love this product for overnight use! I’m all into hair oils when it comes to strengthening and hydrating, and this product is amazing in doing its job! I like to a little overdo it on my scalp and mid-hair and then wrap it in a towel for extra heat and results. It does help! My hair is very silky the next day and you definitely see results after 1 month of usage – less breakage and fall outs, stronger and thicker hair.

This product made my hair feel clean and smooth, the only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars is because it was a little too fragrant for my liking. Personally I use a lot of unscented products and don’t wear perfume. If you are used to wearing perfume this likely wouldn’t effect you! the process is easy, the oil is thin and easy to spread & it washed out completely through without any residue after shampooing. I just started using this pre wash a few weeks ago and I am really enjoying it. I enjoy the pleasant scent, it isn’t overpowering. I also enjoy that you can leave it on for 5 minutes or leave it on overnight, it’s up to you but you can see results either way. I’ve left it on up to a few hours and it is really easy to shampoo out of my hair. I find that my hair feels really smooth and soft and nourished after it dries. This is my favorite kind of hair mask: something that is really low maintenance AND effective. It also smells really rich and sophisticated, like incense, but it’s not overpowering. This stuff is great. I was hooked on the smell at first mostly. I put this in my color treated blonde roots overnight and have been doing this for about two weeks and I can already see how my hair is healthier and a lot stronger. I recently started using this treatment and I’m obsessed. I was hesitant to use an oil, since my scalp can get oily, but it washes out easily and doesn’t leave any residue. I also get migraines and am pretty sensitive to smells, and this does have a fairly strong one, but it’s pleasant and doesn’t linger much after washing and conditioning. I started leaving it on for about 20 minutes pre shower and my hair already feels thicker and healthier, my scalp is less flakey and my ends are less dry and damaged. It’s a must try!

I’ve used it twice so far as an overnight treatment before washing my hair. I focus it mainly on the scalp and put whatever is left over on my hands on the length of the hair. This oil has transformed my scalp with just the two uses. I had such dry, flakey scalp and whatever I tried wasn’t working. I’ve tried the diy oil with castor, coconut, peppermint and rosemary oils. But, I find that its too heavy for my fine hair and it didnt do much for the scalp. This oil however, is light enough to work gently through my hair and massage my scalp. It’s not sticky or too greasy like castor or coconut oil is on its own. A little goes a long way. Also, the smell is incredible! The product feels so luxurious and relaxing.

Love this hair oil. As others have said, it isn’t too thick and has a wonderful smell (can be a little overpowering, but I love it- smells like Diptique body oil). The oil doesn’t linger on your hands and transfers to the hair nice. My hair was getting pretty dry, but this has made it soft and very shiny (noticed it gradually got better, but two weeks in, way noticeable in shine and less flyaways).

If you can’t stand the smell, it may be a deal breaker because as I sit here writing this before bed, I have it in my hair now & I love the smell, but still think it can be too overpowering.
